Richard E. Tolbert, MA, LPA
Mr. Richard Tolbert received his Master's of Rehabilitation Psychology from Appalachian State University in 1989. He is recognized as a Health Services Provider Psychological Associate. Richard has extensive experience in psychological evaluation and consulting with a wide range of ages and concerns including ADHD, learning disabilities, developmental disabilities, mood disorders, personality, and general rehabilitation. His professional experience includes a number of years in private practice. His experience includes consulting with the North Carolina Division of Vocational Rehabilitation, physicians, parents, case management companies and private rehabilitation companies.
