Richard Tolbert received his Master's of Rehabilitation Psychology from Appalachian State University in 1989.  He is recognized as a Health Services Proved Psychological Associate.  He has consulted with the North Carolina Division of Vocational Rehabilitation, physicians, parents, case management companies and private rehabilitation companies.  Richard has extensive experience in psychological evaluation and consulting with a wide range of ages and concerns including ADHD, learning disabilities, developmental disabilities, mood disorder,s personality and general rehabilitation.  His professional experience includes a number of years in private practice.
